Here is something that very few saw coming...

The news out of the California court system today is unbelievable.  Unless of course your Elliott wave models predicted peak liberalism has come and gone.  Check this out: State of CA suddenly finds that teacher "Tenure Laws Violate Student Rights to an Education".   Note the harsh findings: this is not just annoying behavior or theft, etc.  It's a human rights violation!!   That is about the worst thing that any establishment can have said about it because if you choose to fight the ruling it is like the war on terror: a fight against an intangible enemy.  It can't be won and thus it is foolish to even try to fight it.

This is about as anti-liberal a move as you can have from one of the most liberal states in the union.  It is a left hook to the jaw of the something for nothing liberal, tenured academic crowd and a gut punch to the corrupt unions.  Of course, being California, the reason that the judge thinks that the situation is so bad is because it targets minorities, blah blah bleeding heart blah.  Bad teachers target the kids, period.  Race does not matter in that.  Don't make this about race, make it about unfairly entitled protected classes who don't have to compete in order to keep their jobs like the rest of the working world has to.  It's double true when talking about public unions because government steals my money at gun point in order to fund them.  This is not hyperbole.  Teachers are paid with property taxes which are demanded of me at pain of losing my house and, if I resist, of losing my freedom and or my life.  You have no choice but to pay them or pay serious consequences.  It's a mob style shake down and police are the enforcement thugs.  I want teachers and am willing to pay for them but they should have to compete for my dollars just like the rest of us have to because anything else always leads to someone being over paid for under performance.

Read the article. Look at the fake outrage of the judge at things that have been going on in this country completely uncontested for several decades now.  This is just like the liberal college which fired its liberal, tenured teacher which I recently wrote about.  Are we to believe that after years of conservatives complaining about how f-ed the educational system is that this judge is just now coming to a full and complete understanding of the problem?  If so then he is a complete moron that does not deserve to preside over any legal matter.

But of course he is no moron.  He's just another "go along to get along" gutless asshat; a complicit accomplice of the big con.  He's siding with conservatism at this particular point in time for one reason and one reason only: liberalism is crashing the CA economy.  There are now too many freeloading liberals sucking the lives out of the conservative producers.  Not that the judge gives a damn about that per se, but rather because he knows that if the parasites bring the state down then he will go down with it.  It's just another self serving move by someone who has no real value to society and by someone who has lived high on the hog as the liberal police state criminalized our existence and made everyone only a tiny step from being a felon.  There is always a high demand for the legal system in a police state!!

As I explained early on, reversion to the mean will come not by choice and not by happenstance but rather because there is no other possibility.  Look around.  When you see a something for nothing situation happening, know that it is the practice of liberalism and use your Economati insight to create a fence between you and it because it is going down hard over the next decade and you don't want to be anywhere near it when that happens.

Hi there, I have been tuned into your writings for some weeks now. One of the most intelligent sites I have been to. Great EW learnings and appreciate candid view on how this mess is going to unfold. I'm based in NZ and believe we're going to get smacked pretty hard given our china export commodities reliance, Aust bank ownership structures, inflated housing etc. Would appreciate your view on how you think equities markets in emerging markets are going to fare when western economies cack. In your view are there going to be any equities markets that perform positively while the rest of the world disintegrates? keep up the good work....

Hi Macka. I think you already know the answer I will give which is that it is a global debt Ponzi and it will have global consequences. You've already correctly named the NZ real estate boom which has come at the hands of commodity exports to China. Anyone with a brain is calling China a massive unsustainable bubble. Recently there has also been a scandal concerning commodities not in storage that were supposed to be (Google china missing commodities).

It's all one market. I am not even sure that gold and silver are going to be exempt from carnage. Gold will likely retain its purchasing power whatever happens. If it doesn't then nothing else will. Good luck investing long into a credit collapse. The baby will get thrown out with the bath water. Margin calls mean you have to sell the good stuff to pay off your failed leveraged bet on the bad things. PE contraction is a given even for cash producers which soldier on.
