Peak fake news

It seems that the CIA used whatever anti-trump bullshit "news" or "information" that any old moron sent it in creating a story around how those darned Ruskies had some dirt on Trump and thus colluded with him to bring Hillary down so that Trump could be the Russian puppet president of the USA.

At least that's what this ZeroHedge story would have us believe.

What's really going on here is info overload.  We have often heard the saying that figures don't lie but liars can figure. In other words, a statistician (or CIA "analyst" for that matter) can come up with whatever conclusion he wants to based on some trite reading of some of the information he has on hand.  Whether or not it is factual is of second import apparently.

The liberals that jumped all over this wild conspiracy theory are now wiping the egg off their faces.  Trust me, they will be more careful next time.  As a result we are going to see these "hoax news" pieces collapse in the still liberal news.  They will actually begin to investigate things before reporting.  The "news" is an absolute joke these days.  That is going to change in the not distant future because once the herd has decided something has no value it simply walks away.  Just like it walked away from Hillary at the polls in November.  That's just how the herd rolls.  Don't expect it to change anytime soon.
