Buy the pullback on [RUSL]

Per my previous post on RUSL (scroll all the way down), the chart looked ready to begin taking off.  Yesterday's 17% gain was only the beginning.  I'm looking for a run to $50 or more.  If you missed out on the big JNUG run, this is likely JNUG 2.0 folks.
